Privacy Policy

Plutio & Co ("we") builds and runs software for people who work for
themselves. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do not do.
Who this covers
This policy applies to the plutioandco.com website and to Content Machine, our
internal publishing application that posts short video to social accounts that we own and
operate.
Content Machine and Google user data
Content Machine uses Google APIs, including the YouTube Data API, to publish videos to YouTube
channels that we own. It is an internal tool. It is not offered to the public, and it does not
sign in members of the public.
- What it accesses. A single OAuth scope,
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload, which permits uploading a video
to a channel the authorising account is allowed to post to.
- Who authorises it. Only our own staff account,
hello@plutioandco.com.
- What it does with that access. Uploads video files we produced, together
with their title, description and tags. Nothing else.
- What it stores. An OAuth refresh token, held as an encrypted secret used
only by our own deployment. No Google account profile data, contacts, email or watch history
is requested, received or stored.
- What it never does. Read private user data, build advertising profiles,
sell data, or transfer data to third parties except as required to operate the service or to
comply with the law.
Content Machine's use of information received from Google APIs follows the
Google
API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
This website
plutioandco.com is a set of static pages. We do not run advertising trackers or set
advertising cookies on it. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address
and user agent, for security and reliability.
Email you send us
If you email us, we keep that message so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation.
We do not add you to a mailing list from it.
Retention and deletion
We keep data only as long as it is useful for the purpose it was collected for. You can ask us
to delete anything we hold about you by emailing the address below, and we will do so unless we
are legally required to keep it.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top of this page.
